I don't recognize a payment in my card

In case you see a payment you don’t recognize with your Plum Debit Card, take immediate action by freezing your card. For detailed instructions on how to do this, press the button below.

As a next step, please check the following:

  • Is there any case you made this transaction in the past and forgot it?

  • Is there any possibility you have shared your card (or card details) with any of your friends or relatives?

Once your card is frozen, consider the following:

  • Memory Check: Could this be a transaction you made in the past and simply forgot

  • Card Sharing: Have you shared your card or card details with friends or family?
