When you log in to Plum, we will send you an email with a magic button for verification purposes. In case you don’t receive our email, please check the following solutions.
Solution 1: Check Spam/Junk
This is the most common scenario. Many of the email providers recognize our email address as Spam and they send automatically those emails to your Spam/Junk folder. Check there first as some email providers may categorize it as Spam.
Solution 2: Whitelist Plum Email Address
In some cases, the email providers might block us from sending you emails, especially if you request login emails too frequently. In this case, you need to whitelist our email address for your email provider to consider it safe. Our email address for the login emails is firstname.lastname@example.org
Solution 3: Change Email Address
If none of the above has worked, as a last resort we would suggest using a different email address with your Plum account.
