To change your email address in the app, you need to contact us through chat. You will be asked to provide the information requested below:

  • Your full name

  • Date of birth

  • For EU: The last 4 digits of the IBAN of your bank account

  • For UK: The last 4 digits of the account number of your bank account

  • Address and postcode

  • Your old (current) and new email

Once you provide us with all the necessary information, the relevant team will get your ticket and will let you know about its progress.
