To change your email address in the app, you need to contact us through chat. You will be asked to provide the information requested below:
Your full name
Date of birth
For EU: The last 4 digits of the IBAN of your bank account
For UK: The last 4 digits of the account number of your bank account
Address and postcode
Your old (current) and new email
Once you provide us with all the necessary information, the relevant team will get your ticket and will let you know about its progress.
