You can log in to Plum in two ways: with your email address or your phone number. Check below for more details about each method.
Email Address
Logging in with your email address has been the main login method for the majority of Plum users.
Open the app.
Press Already signed up? Log in at the bottom of the page.
Press Log in with email.
Enter your email address.
Press Continue.
We will send you an email with a magic link for security purposes. Press Open your inbox to be redirected automatically to your email app.
Locate and open the email Plum sent.
Press Log in to Plum
You will be redirected back to Plum in order to proceed with your PIN or the biometrics.
The email address login method is currently available only for users who registered before July 01, 2024. Users that registered after this date can login only with their phone number as can be seen below.
Phone Number
Starting July 01, 2024, new users can create an account using their phone number. This makes the login process easier and more secure.
Open Plum.
Press Already signed up? Log in at the bottom of the page.
Enter your phone number.
You will receive an OTP (One Time Password) via SMS.
Enter the OTP in the app.
Proceed with your PIN or the biometrics.
The phone number login method is available only for users who registered with their phone number after July 1, 2024. Existing users can log in only with their email address for now, but this feature will be gradually released to everyone.
