Sometimes when you are making a purchase with a Plum Debit Card, the merchant might reserve the funds on the cards, but not fully process the transaction promptly. As such, you might see that specific transaction being stuck as pending.

The merchant has the right to accept or decline your transaction in 30 calendar days.

If the 30 calendar days have passed and your transaction is still stuck, please contact us.
