Delivery of your Plum Debit Card
If you've entered the correct address details in the app, your Plum Debit Card should arrive at your designated location in approximately 30 days. Please note that the cards are delivered directly by our provider via Royal Mail using standard shipping. As such, we are currently unable to provide a tracking number for the delivery.
Can I change the delivery address of my Plum Debit Card?
Unfortunately, once you've completed the ordering process in the app, we do not offer the option to change the delivery address. To change the address, we would need to cancel the existing card order and initiate a new one with the updated delivery address.
