Card - How to Order

Note: The Plum Debit Card is currently available only in the Ultra and Premium plans and only in the UK. 🇬🇧

To obtain your Plum Debit Card, open the Card tile in the app and follow the steps as described below:

  1. Verify Your Phone Number

    • To ensure your online security, we will request you to add and verify your phone number. This step is mandatory as you will receive OTP (One-Time Password) codes for online purchases.

  2. Receive and Enter OTP

    • Upon verifying your phone number, you will receive an OTP for confirmation. Please enter this OTP into the app as part of the verification process.

  3. Choose How Your Name Appears

    • You will be presented with options on how your name should appear on the card. Feel free to select your preferred format; it won't impact the order process.

  4. Provide Delivery Address

    • It's time to select the delivery address of your card. You can opt for either the address you have already registered in the app or add a new one manually.

    ⚠️ Make sure that the delivery address is within the country you currently reside in.

  5. Read and Accept Terms and Conditions

    • Before proceeding, it's essential to read and accept the terms and conditions. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to our service policies.

  6. Order Completion

    • Congratulations! You've successfully completed the order process. Please note that your card will be delivered via postal service, and we do not have a tracking code available. Please allow up to 30 days for your card to arrive at your designated address.
