To change your address, you need need to contact our Customer Success team and provide us with one of the following documents:
utility bills, including gas, electricity, or water
bank statements or mortgage statements
tenancy agreements (where both parties are signed)
council tax statements (tax declaration)
The document must be issued within the last 3 months and must include your full name, full address, the issue date. We can accept either live photos of the documents or PDFs, but we do not accept neither screenshots, nor photos of the screen.
⚠️ Keep in mind that you cannot change the country in which you have registered your account.
