Change Bank Account

You have the flexibility to change your main bank account, provided that the new bank account you want to use meets the following requirements:

  1. It’s a bank we support through the Open Banking method.

  2. It must be a personal account - we do not support joint, business, or savings accounts.

  3. It must be registered under the full name you have registered to your Plum account.


How to change:

Step 1: Open the Accounts section in the app.

Step 2: Tap Add an account

Step 3: Select the bank of your choice from the last

Step 4: Read the details and press Allow

Step 5: You will be redirected to your banking app to select which bank account(s) you want to link

Step 6: Once you complete the process on your banking app, you will be redirected back to Plum and you are all set.

Step 7: Choose the bank account you have added

Step 8: Tap Make Main Account

⚠️ If you want to add more accounts from a bank you have already linked in the app, you must select all of the accounts during Step 5 in your banking app. You will be able to remove the unwanted accounts afterward.
