How do I cancel a deposit?

You can cancel a pending deposit by contacting our customer support team on the day it's created (i.e. when Plum announces the deposit) and requesting that they cancel it. Tap 'Help' in the app to contact support.

We are able to cancel a deposit before 3 pm on the day it is created.

If you made a manual deposit in the afternoon, we can cancel it by 3 pm the next day.

It is worth mentioning that deposit cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
