Below you will find some of the most common error messages you may receive when trying to log in to Plum and what they mean.
1. Invalid Token
Description: This is the most frequent error message. It appears when you are trying to log in with an email address associated with a closed Plum account.
Solution: Try logging in with the correct email address. If your account is closed, contact our Customer Success team to get further help.
2. Active Funding Source Already Exists
Description: This error message signifies that the bank account you are trying to link is already associated with an active Plum account under a different email address.
Solution: Try logging in with the correct email address.
