When you link your bank account to Plum, you grant us consent to access your banking data for 90 calendar days. This consent automatically expires after 90 days, and you will need to relink your bank account through the Plum app.
If you encounter difficulties relinking your bank account through the app, please follow these steps before reaching out to our Customer Success team:
Ensure both Plum and your banking app are updated to the latest version. You can do this through the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Play Store (for Android devices).
Use your banking app for the relinking process; avoid using the browser or your bank's website.
If you have less than 1 day to complete the process, our agents need to provide you with a deep link.
