The main issue leading to connection problems is a name mismatch between your bank account and the name registered in Plum. Even a minor typographical error can cause an obstacle in the process.
If you have registered the incorrect name in your Plum account, you need to amend your name to be the same with your bank account.
Unsupported Account Type
Please note that Plum exclusively supports Current accounts. Attempting to add a Savings, Business, or Joint account as your primary account may result in connectivity issues. If you manage to do so, be aware that troubleshooting capabilities on our end are limited in such cases.
