To change your first or last name in the app, you need to contact us through chat. You will be asked to provide one of the following documents, so get your document ready beforehand.
a certified divorce decree
a certified deed poll
a marriage certificate
Once you provide us with the document, the relevant team will get your ticket and will let you know about its progress.
