If you buy or sell US company stocks using the Plum app you may see more than one trade confirmation each listed as a ‘partial execution’.

A partial execution occurs if we receive an influx of orders for a large number of shares in a given company, and it is necessary to split these into smaller batches.

Each partial execution is shown as a separate line item in your trade confirmations, though any commission or fees applicable will only have been charged once.
