Your next of kin should inform us at help@withplum.com.

We would work with your next of kin to get your funds returned to the bank account they request. 

In the event your next of kin want to withdraw your Plum funds into their own bank account we will request additional details and documentation proving next of kin. 

Once the funds are confirmed to have been received your Plum account will be closed.
