You can cancel a pending transaction by contacting our customer support team on the day it's created (i.e. when the plum announces the deposit) and requesting that they cancel it. Tap 'Help' in the app to contact support.
We are able to cancel before 3 pm on the day it is created, after which time you will be able to withdraw it when your deposit reaches your Plum account.
If you made a manual deposit in the afternoon, we can cancel it by 3 pm the next day.
It is worth mentioning that transactions cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
