To withdraw money from an ETF, you need to follow the steps below:
Tap the Investments tile on your home screen
Select the ETF that you want to withdraw
Tap on the Sell button
Type the amount of money that you want to invest
Press Confirm sell/Schedule sell
Once you complete all the steps above, you should have created a successful sell order.
ETFs - Withdrawal Timeframes
During market hours: If you make a withdrawal during market hours, its execution should be completed within 2 business days.
Outside market hours: If you make a woutside of market hours, its execution should happen at the next market opening, at the best available price.
Market hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 21:00 CET.
The money you withdraw from the ETFs is going to your Primary Pocket, not your bank account. Once the transaction is completed, you can withdraw the money from your Primary Pocket to your bank account.
