ETFs - Fees
Updated over a week ago

At Plum, we're committed to making investing simple and accessible for everyone. But to do that, we must be completely transparent about any fees and expenses involved. When it comes to ETFs, it's essential to be aware of two types of fees: Provider Fee and Asset Under Management Fee (AUM).

Provider Fee

The provider fee is charged by Saveable Limited, a Plum Group Company that is responsible for managing your investment account. This includes the commission costs for every buy or sell order you are making. The provider fee is accustomed to the subscription plan you are enrolled.

Plum enhances your investing experience by offering some free trades as can be seen below, according to the subscription plan you are enrolled:

Subscription Plan

Free Trades

Basic

2 free trades (lifetime)

Pro

3 free trades (monthly)

Premium

10 free trades (monthly)

After you've used up your free trades, each additional trade will incur the following charge:

Subscription Plan

Provider Fee (Commission)

Basic

0.25€ per trade

Pro

0.15€ per trade

Premium

0.15€ per trade

Please note that the term trade refers to every single buy or sell order. The free trades reset on the 1st calendar day of each month for the eligible subscription plans.

Asset Under Management Fee (AUM)

The Annual Management fee covers our costs for services like preparing documents and the management of your account. We take into consideration the balance you have on your ETFs account on the last trading day of each month. The fee is taken from the balance you have on your Primary Pocket.

The AUM fee depends on the subscription plan you are enrolled as can be seen below:

Subscription Plan

AUM Fee

Basic

0.70% per year

Pro

0.45% per year

Premium

0.20% per year

As the percentages above are the totals for the whole year, we divide the total amount by 365 (the days per year) and then multiply it for 30 or 31 days respectively for each month.
