To start saving in a Cash ISA, you need to open a Cash ISA account first. To do this, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Select the Pockets category in the app.
Step 2: Tap on the Cash ISA tile.
Step 3: Check the information and press Get Started at the bottom of the screen.
Step 4: You will be asked to confirm your details and provide some relevant documentation. (This step is optional if you have already verified your account.)
Step 5: Verify your address and your National Insurance number and press Continue.
Step 6: Your Cash ISA account should be set up. As a next step, you should be asked whether you want to transfer your existing Cash ISA into Plum or create a new Cash ISA by making a deposit.
In order to create a Cash ISA, you need to open a Plum account and link your bank. Please note that we don't support joint accounts, only personal current accounts under your own name.
