In order to change your name you will need to contact our Customer Support team via the chat. You will be asked to submit a document such as a deep poll document or a marriage certificate showing your name change ✍️

To do that, please select go to our Support chat and select I want to change setting/details > Change my name > Attach a certicifate. Our Support Team will get to you as soon as possible.

If there is just a typo, there's no need to attach a certificate, just let us know what the correct name is and we'll sort it for you. 😊
