Upgrade my Subscription

Updated yesterday

Starting March 10, 2026, we are updating our billing system to make upgrades to your subscription fairer and more transparent.

When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan before your previous subscription has ended, you will no longer be charged the full price of the new plan on top of what you already paid. Instead, we use prorated billing. With this method, you are charged immediately for the new plan, but we subtract a credit for any unused days on your previous plan.

Before you confirm, your plan selection screen will show both the regular monthly price and the exact prorated amount you will pay for the current month.

Example: If you move from a £5 plan to a £10 plan exactly halfway through your month, you would pay approximately £7.50 (£10 for the new month minus a £2.50 credit for your 15 unused days). For the following month, you will pay the full price of £10.

Notes:

Your billing date resets to the day you upgrade, starting a new month of service. This means that your subscription fee will be deducted from your dedicated bank account on the day you initiate the new subscription plan. These changes are designed to eliminate "double-billing" and ensure you only pay for the value you receive.

⚠️ If a promotional offer or credit makes the prorated amount less than zero, your charge will be £0. We do not offer negative balances or leftover credits.
