Stocks - Partial Execution

Updated yesterday

If you buy or sell U.S. company stocks through the Plum app, you might come across multiple trade confirmations, each marked as a partial execution.

This happens when we receive a large number of orders for shares in a specific company, or during periods of high activity. To handle the volume efficiently, we break these orders into smaller batches - so, it’s a completely normal process.

Each partial execution is displayed as a separate item in your trade confirmations. However, any applicable commission or fees are only charged once.
