To qualify for the reward, your friend must complete all the required steps before the expiration date of the current referral program. You can find the necessary steps and the expiration date outlined in the Referral (Earn) section of the app.

Below are the typical steps for successful referrals:

  1. Send your referral link with your friends. To invite friends to Plum, share your unique referral link from the Referrals (Earn) section in the app. Your friends must use this link to download the app and register their accounts. If they don't use the link before registering, their account won’t be linked to the program and the referral won't be accredited to your account.

  2. Join Plum and complete a specific action. Your friends should download the app, create an account, and complete a specific action, which may vary depending on the referral campaign. Actions could include making a deposit or subscribing to a paid plan. The actions are clearly stated in the Referral (Earn) section of the app.

  3. Repeat the process for a specified number of times. To earn the reward, you must invite a predetermined number of users as outlined in the referral program details available in the Referrals (Earn) section of the app. Most of the time you are required to invite 3 people to get the reward.

Once your friend completes all the required steps, you'll receive an in-app notification confirming that the person has counted as your referral. If you don't receive this message, it could indicate that your friend hasn't completed all the necessary steps, or that they haven't used your unique referral link during the registration process.

If you've successfully referred the necessary amount of people to Plum, in accordance with the rules of the current referral program you're enrolled in, you can expect to receive the bonus in your Primary Pocket in approximately 5 business days.

⚠️ If your friends had already started the creation of an account in the past, even if they hadn't complete the registration, they will not be accredited as your referrals. You need to invite completely new users.

Please keep in mind that we don't have active programs all the time. Thus, if you don't see the referral section (Earn button) in the app, it means that there is not a referral program available currently.
