What happens if I don't reconnect my bank account?

The connection process is valid for 90 calendar days for the UK and for 180 calendar days for the EU. After this period, you will need to manually reconnect your bank account.

Rest assured that our app will automatically notify you a few days before the connection's expiration, reminding you to re-establish the connection.

It is important to note that your Pay Day, Weekly, Rainy Days and 52-week Challenge automations won't be affected once your bank connection to Plum expires. This happens because the aforementioned automations do not depend on the connected bank account's information, as they operate on fixed amounts.
