Cash ISA - Close & Reactivation

You can close your Cash ISA at any time, but the impact on your ISA allowance depends on how long the account has been active. 


If you'd like to close your Cash ISA, please follow the steps below:

Our operations team will review the form and proceed with the cancellation. Please keep in mind that any money you have invested will be withdrawn back to your Primary Pocket.


Your Cash ISA was opened less than 15 Calendar Days ago:

If your Cash ISA has been active for less than 15 calendar days, closing the account will reset your ISA allowance for the current tax year.

Your Cash ISA was opened more than 15 Calendar Days ago:

If your Cash ISA has been active for more than 15 calendar days, closing the account will not reset your ISA allowance if you have contributed during this tax year. Your contributions will still need to be reported to HMRC.


In case you have closed your account completely and you want to reactivate it, you need to contact our Customer Success team.

In case you have your Cash ISA inactive, you can reactivate it by depositing money in it.
