To withdraw money from your Interest Pocket please follow the steps below:
Open the app and go to the Pockets section
Tap on Interest Pocket (or the name you have assigned to the pocket)
Tap on the Withdrawal button
Choose the amount you want to withdraw and tap on Continue
Timeframe
While transfers from simple pockets back to your Primary pocket tend to be instantaneous, it is a different case with withdrawals from interest pockets.
When requesting an interest withdrawal before 15:00 UK time on business days, it will be completed the same day, by the end of the day.
When requesting after 15:00 UK time on business days or during weekends, it will be completed the next business day, by the end of the day.
This is because we must credit the interest to your pocket when you make your withdrawal. This process requires a banking procedure that cannot be done instantly.
Notes
⚠️ The withdrawal will go to your Primary Pocket first. Then, you can withdraw it to your bank account.
⚠️ Please note that you can only withdraw an amount that is available in your pocket. If a transaction is still in progress, that amount won't be available for withdrawal yet. The app displays the expected completion date for any ongoing transactions.
