To withdraw money from your Plum Easy Access, please follow the steps below:
Open the app and go to the Pockets section
Tap on Plum Easy Access Pocket (or the name you have assigned to the pocket)
Tap on the Withdrawal button
Choose the amount you want to withdraw and tap on Continue
Timeframe
Most of the time, the withdrawals from Plum Easy Access are instant, which means that you should instantly receive the money into your Primary Pocket. However, in some rare cases, they may take up to 1 hour to complete.
Interest
There are two scenarios regarding the withdrawal of your interest:
If the interest is already credited to your account, you should be able to withdraw it instantly along with your balance.
If the interest is not credited yet (for the current month), you will be able to withdraw it on the first business day of the next month.
