Medical Emergency | Up to £1,000,000, inc. £250 for emergency dental. Excess applies. |
Family Coverage | Covers family if traveling together with policy holder (6 people max). |
Baggage and Flight Delays | £40 per hour after 1 hour of waiting and £60 per hour after 4 hours. |
Baggage and Cash Loss | Up to £1,500 on baggage and £500 on cash. Excess applies. |
Cancellations | Up to £5,000 if your plans change unexpectedly. |
Emergency Evacuation | Any emergency transport you might need is covered. No excess. |
Accidents on Transport | Up to £250,000 if you're seriously injured while aboard a transport service. |
Personal Liability | Up to £500,000 if you find yourself legally responsible for damage or injury. |
Legal Expenses | Up to £10,000 towards any legal help you may need. |

Claims
If you need to use your Travel Insurance or make a claim, simply open the Travel Insurance feature in the Plum app and tap Claim. You’ll be redirected to Qover’s claims portal, where you can submit your claim based on the issue you’re experiencing.
Before starting your claim, make sure you have your personal Policy ID ready (this is like the number of your insurance). You can find it directly within the Travel Insurance section of the app.
