The Real Estate Fund aims to closely track the FTSE EPRA Nareit Developed Dividend Plus Index on a net total return basis before fees and expenses. This index includes shares of real estate holding and development companies and real estate investment trusts (REITs) with a forecasted dividend yield of at least 2%. The Fund seeks to replicate the index, maintaining at least 90% exposure to its components, either directly or through depositary receipts (such as American or global depositary receipts). It may also invest in money market instruments, cash, deposits, shares expected to join the index, or collective investment schemes. Derivatives may be used to manage risk, reduce costs, or generate additional capital or income with minimal risk.
