Inflation Linked Corporate Bonds
Updated over a month ago

The Inflation Linked Corporate Bonds fund aims to protect your capital and income from inflation by seeking returns, after fees, that match or exceed UK inflation (based on the UK Consumer Prices Index) over any three-year period, though this is not guaranteed. The Fund primarily invests (at least 70%) in high-quality corporate bonds, typically inflation-linked or floating rate notes, from global markets, including emerging economies. These bonds are either in sterling or hedged to sterling. The Fund also combines inflation-linked government bonds with derivatives to manage inflation exposure. Additional holdings may include other funds, cash, or cash-equivalent assets. The strategy focuses on reducing sensitivity to interest rate changes and diversifying investments across various issuers and countries to mitigate risk. Derivatives are used to enhance returns, reduce risk, and manage costs.
