95 Days Notice Interest Pocket - Withdrawal Exceptions

It's important to understand that the money you have in the Days Notice Access Interest Pocket is not available instantly and this is why we are able to offer a higher interest rate. When you request a withdrawal, you will receive your funds at the end of the 95 day notice period. However, there are some exceptions in which you can have access to your money sooner.

14 Days Cooling Off Period

When you create a new 95 Days Notice Access Interest Pocket, we give you a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days in case you change your mind. To make a request for this case, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your 95 Days Notice Interest Pocket (or the name you have assigned to the pocket)

  2. Tap on the Withdraw button

  3. Tap on the Close Pocket option

  4. Tap on Contact Support button

  5. Scroll down to Create a ticket section

  6. Select the ticket Notice Account Closure

  7. Input the Notice Account pocket's name.

  8. Select 14-Days Cooling Off Period as the reason for the withdrawal.

  9. Tap on Create ticket.

Our Customer Success team will receive the ticket and will make a manual request to our interest provider (Investec). Your funds will be returned within 2 business days.


Emergencies

In case there is a serious emergency (e.g. terminal illness, serious accident, etc.) we have the ability to request a faster withdrawal with our provider. To make an emergency withdrawal request, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your 95 Days Notice Interest Pocket (or the name you have assigned to the pocket)

  2. Tap on the Withdrawal times info button

  3. Tap on the Withdrawal Request button

  4. Tap on Continue button

  5. Scroll down to Create a ticket section

  6. Select the ticket Notice Account Closure

  7. Input the Notice Account pocket's name.

  8. Select Emergency as the reason for the withdrawal.

  9. Add any necessary documents in the Documents section.

  10. Tap on Create ticket.

Our Customer Success team will receive the ticket and will make a manual request to our interest provider (Investec) with the emergency reason and the documentation you provided. This process should take around 2 business days.

Please note that the emergency requests are not guaranteed to be successful. We will make the request but the decision depends on our interest provider and is not guaranteed. Please make sure to use this only for actual emergencies.
