Direct Debits are the primary method to deposit money into Plum and it supports all our automatic depositors. By setting up a Direct Debit you are allowing us to take money out of your account when you request it either via our deposit rules or a manual deposit that you initiate within the app.
No money will be taken out of your account without your consent.
Please be aware that in line with our Terms & Conditions, Plum is not liable for any overdraft charges you may incur as a result of any direct debits related to your use of our services (e.g. depositors).
You should manage your account and direct debit arrangements responsibly to avoid any potential overdraft charges.
