To link your Santander bank account to Plum you need:
1. Personal ID
This is the first information you have to enter when logging in to your Online Banking.
2. Memorable answer
After you enter your personal ID you will be asked your memorable question. To link your Santander bank account you need to type in your memorable answer.
When you had to log on to Santander Online banking you had to choose 3 memorable questions and provide the answer.
