To link your Santander bank account to Plum you need:
1. Personal ID
This is the first information you have to enter when logging in to your Online Banking.
You will then be asked to give Plum access to your data so that we can save for you!
Tap ‘Allow’ to move to the next step.
2. Enter your Customer Number
You will be taken to a second screen where you need to enter your Customer Number. This is 8-16 characters long. Enter your number and tap ‘Login Securely’.
3. Online Banking login details
In the third step you will be asked to enter your Online Banking login details. Your password is 8-20 characters long and your security number 5 digits.
4. The final step
Once you have filled out the required fields, you will be taken to the last step. Choose the Santander account you would like connected to Plum and tap ‘Link account’. From here, enter your sort code to create the Direct Debit then you’re all linked and good to go!
