To link your Santander bank account to Plum you need:
1. Personal ID
This is the first information you have to enter when logging in to your Online Banking.
2. Security number
You will be taken to a second screen where you need to enter your security number. This is made up of 5 digits. You created this when you first registered for online banking.
In some cases, you may be prompted for your memorable answer after you enter your personal ID. To link your Santander bank account you need to type in your memorable answer.
Plum will prompt you with one of the three security questions you chose when setting up your Santander online banking.
