You will need an Online Banking account to connect your account to Plum. If you do not have Online Banking you can register online it’s quick and easy to do!
This is the first field in Online Banking. It is 9-30 characters long and contains letters and numbers.
If you have forgotten your username, you can find it here. Make sure you have your account details ready (account number and sort code) and your phone to hand.
This is the second field on the first page of Online banking.
If you have forgotten your password, follow these instructions here. You may require your phone for authorisation. Once you’ve completed the form you’ll be able to login to your account immediately.
3. Memorable information
Your memorable information has 6-15 characters and contains at least 3 letters and 1 number. It does not have spaces, hyphens or special characters.
If you have forgotten your memorable information, you can find it here. Make sure you have your account details ready (account number and sort code) and your phone to hand. If you choose to reset your memorable information, you’ll need to change your password at the same time. Before you reset both your password and memorable information your bank will ask you a few more security questions.
