To link your NatWest account you need to enter:
1. Customer Number
Your customer number is your date of birth (ddmmyy) followed by your unique number. This number was first set up when you registered for online banking. For example, if your date of birth is 9th March 1967 then your customer number will start with 090367 followed by up to 4 numbers.
If you’ve forgotten your customer number you can find it using the NatWest mobile banking app within the ‘Need Help’ menu.
Alternatively, you can retrieve your customer number here.
This is a 4 digit number selected when you registered for Online Banking or Telephone Banking. This may be different to the numbers used with your debit or credit cards. To link your account to Plum you need to enter the FULL PIN.
This password is between 6 - 20 characters and should contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. Your password was first set up when you registered for online banking. NatWest asks for 3 random characters, but Plum requires the FULL password.
If you still aren’t sure about your Online Banking details but you know your account details and have an active debit card, you can retrieve your login details within a few minutes here.
