If you decide to cancel your account please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or ask for a human’s assistance on Facebook Messenger during working hours.
These are the steps taken to cancel your account:
- If you have pending transactions (deposits or withdrawals), we need to wait until they are settled first which can take up to a week.
- When all pending transactions are settled, we will transfer all remaining Plum savings to your linked bank account.
- After the money is back in your linked bank account, we will initiate the cancellation procedure which cancels any active Direct Debit mandates and deletes your bank login information from Yodlee, our data provider.
Once cancelled, you won't be able to login or chat to Plum anymore.
