1. On rare occasions, we may not be able to process an order at the time scheduled. This could be for one of the following reasons:
1a. You don’t have sufficient money in your Primary Pocket to cover the cost of the recurring buy order that was created.
1b. A technical error has occurred that prevented the trade being executed.
2. We’ll notify you before your order is scheduled to reoccur if there are insufficient funds in your Primary Pocket to cover it. If, when the time comes to execute your trade, you still don’t have enough money available, we’ll also let you know and you’ll see the order marked as an error on your Money Tracker.
3. If your order is not processed successfully due to a technical fault, you’ll see the transaction marked as an error on your activity feed.
