If a merchant has charged you twice for a purchase that you made using your Plum card, then you should contact them to obtain a refund for the duplicate.transaction.

Should the merchant not be willing to refund you for goods/services that were never provided, then you should report this activity as fraudulent.

You can report anything unauthorised activity to us by using ‘Chat to human’ in the app or by emailing help@withplum.com
