I’ve found a payment on my Plum debit card that I don’t recognize, what should I do?

If you believe there is fraudulent activity on your Plum card, you should immediately freeze it.

To freeze your Plum card, just head to your app Home screen and then select your Card Pocket. From here you can choose ‘Manage card’ and then ‘Freeze card’.

You can report anything suspicious to us by using ‘Chat to human’ in the app or by emailing help@withplum.com
