If your Plum card was declined, the most common reason is that you don’t have enough money in the Card Pocket of your Plum account to cover the transaction.

If you do have sufficient funds available in your Card Pocket, please let us know about the problem by using ‘Chat to human’ in the app or by emailing help@withplum.com
