If a transaction that you made using your Plum card was refunded but you can’t yet see the funds returned to your Plum account then the refund is probably still being processed.

It can take up to 14 days for your refunded money to be returned to you. If you haven’t received your money within this timeframe then you should contact the merchant directly.

If you’ve already received a refund confirmation from the merchant that was processed more than 14 days ago, then please let us know by using ‘Chat to human’ in the app or by emailing help@withplum.com
