If you are a new user, this error is shown when we are missing the postal code from your address so make sure you submit this before proceeding with the signup process.
If you are an existing user, this means that the bank account you're trying to link already exists in the system so make sure you're logging in with the correct email.
👉 Please note that you cannot have 2 accounts under different emails in Plum so, even if you managed to create 2 with different emails and linked accounts, we'll have to close one of them.
