Preparing to Transfer:

Before you begin the transfer process, ensure you have no ongoing investments:

  1. Open the 'Brain' section in the app.

  2. Tap 'Splitter.'

  3. Confirm that the splitter is set to direct funds only into the pocket(s).

Transferring Out of Plum:

To transfer your ISA/GIA Mutual Funds out of Plum, follow these steps:

  1. Request a transfer form from your new ISA provider.

  2. On the transfer form, you'll be asked for your investment account number. You can find this in any trade confirmation and statement documents.

    • To locate these documents, go to 'Settings' (in iOS, use the icon in the top left, or in Android, tap 'You'), and select 'Documents.'

    • The account number is a long combination of numbers and letters, formatted as xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx.

  3. They will also ask for the provider of the account.

The product provider for the Plum ISA and GIA is a Plum group company, Saveable Limited, which is authorized and regulated by the FCA.
