Normally it is expected to take at most 2 working days for your investment sign up to complete. If you find yourself still waiting it is usually because one of your identity documents failed due to not meeting one or more of the requirements listed.

Normally you will be contacted by email if your document failed.

If you are still having issues with sign up and you did not receive the email or are having issues re-uploading you can contact support by tapping 'help' in the app or emailing help@withplum.com.
