If you haven’t thought about your energy supplier in the last year, it's quite likely.

The way many energy companies work is that they offer very good rates for the first 12 months, but don’t tell you that soon after those 12 months you’ll start paying much higher rates. This means that you need to switch every 12 months to keep a competitive rate.

If you have switched recently or are with a provider that doesn’t adopt this practice, there is a good chance you are on the cheapest possible tariff. If you have any further questions, feel free to chat to Plum, or reach out to us at help@withplum.com
